 Notes: If you have had bloodwork within the last 6 months, please bring results to your appt., otherwise please obtain bloodwork prior to your appt (TSH, CBC, CMP). An EKG within the last year is also required. If you live in OH, you must have your medications called into an IN pharmacy.

She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Indiana University in 2002 and her Master of Science in Nursing at Purdue Global in 2018. She builds relationships with her patients by providing compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based care that promotes optimal health and wellness. She routinely educates and encourages her patients to take pride in their health by focusing on prevention. She enjoys living in Southern Indiana with her husband, teenage daughter, and teenage son.
