Five years ago, she decided to take her weight loss journey seriously. She lost 100lbs by increasing physical activity and modifying her diet. She has maintained her weight since then, even after giving birth nine months ago. She is passionate about helping others achieve their weight loss goals.

Her goal is to help patients not only improve their health and quality of life through wellness medicine, but improve self-confidence and self-worth.
