 Notes: The provider graduated from the College of Southern Idaho with her ADN degree in 1998. She worked as a Registered Nurse in Acute and Long-term Care for the first seven years of her career. She completed her Master’s Degree at Idaho State University and became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2005. She has worked in multiple areas of Healthcare including: Family Practice, Urgent Care, Acute and Residential Mental Health, Emergency Room, Weight Loss and Hormone Replacement Therapy, Hospice and Occupational Medicine. She is a qualified medical provider for the Utah Department of Health’s Medical Cannabis Program. She currently has a part-time Concierge Telemedicine Practice, CARE AT YOUR FINGERTIPS in Utah. She has two grown children; Rachel 28 in Utah and Jeremiah 26 in South Dakota. She spends her spare time with her three grandchildren ages 6, 4 and 1, writing Contemporary Christian music, crocheting, reading, raising orchids, and cooking.
